The 4th World Classic & Rapid Championships of Portuguese Draughts will be held in São João da Madeira, Portugal, from 16 to 22 May, at the Torre da Oliva. The event will bring together leading international players, alongside the top-ranked competitors from Portugal.
Recognized for its long-standing tradition and central role in the development of the game, São João da Madeira is widely regarded as the national capital of Portuguese Draughts.
The Championships will be contested in both Classic and Rapid formats and will award a total prize fund of €3,825.
